What are these?

In a bag of greek used stamps I ranged this weekend i found these two.

At first i didn't pay attention since I saw the year 1979 inscribed and thought I'd find them in my Hellas catalog.

Nope.

So they might be some vignettes but they were distributed for what purpose?

Any information more than welcome.

On the left we have the lowest rate stamps from a series on the Centenary of the Greek Coast Guard.

In the middle there's Herodote from the Ancient Greek Writers series.

And on the right side, partly covered there's a portrait of Corinne Mentzelopoulous from a series on Greek personalities.
